Policy Update:

Starting November 1st, 2025, our no-show / late cancellation fee will be $120 for all appointments.

We understand emergencies happen, and we’ll always work with patients who communicate with us. Missed appointments without notice take away time from other patients and impact our ability to keep care accessible. Please give us 24 business hours’ notice (by Thursday for Monday appointments) for any changes. 💙

Our Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment may incur a fee.

Fee: $60 per hour scheduled.
